3 acre private pond with dock and pavillion that has power and water for convience. This pond is stocked and spring fed through a feeder creek. Below the lake is a hand laid rock dam that dates back to the late 1800's. Due to severe weather the dam had fallen in and the lake diminished. The current owner rebuilt the dam with help from an engineer and it remains more solid than the day it was orginally built.

The land and creek are a gem of their own. The creek has natural boulders throughout and it viewable from all dwellings on the property.

A natural wading pool is just below the waterfall where it leads into a babbling creek.
